Terms of Service - Unbreakable

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Unbreakable ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unbreakable is a personal productivity and intentional living platform that provides:

Goal setting and tracking (annual themes, quarterly outcomes, weekly planning)
Task management and scheduling
Journaling and habit tracking
AI-powered coaching through Marcus, your executive assistant
Google Calendar and Gmail integration (optional)
CRM and relationship management

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
Impersonate any person or entity
Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service, including goals, tasks, journal entries, notes, and other personal data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This includes processing your content through AI services to power Marcus coaching features.

6. AI-Powered Features

Marcus, the AI executive assistant, provides coaching, recommendations, and productivity insights. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated suggestions are informational and should not be treated as professional advice (financial, medical, legal, or otherwise)
AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
Actions taken by Marcus on your behalf (such as sending emails) require your explicit confirmation before execution
You are responsible for reviewing and approving any actions Marcus takes

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service offers optional integrations with Google Calendar and Gmail. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access the specific data scopes you approve during the OAuth consent flow.

You can revoke this access at any time through the Service settings or through your Google Account settings. We are not responsible for any changes to Google's APIs or services that may affect integration functionality.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
